How tieflings name their children
Tiefling naming is an argument with fate. Children born to tiefling families may receive an infernal name in the old tradition — smoky, sharp-edged names that acknowledge where the bloodline was bargained into being. But many tieflings, especially those raised among humans, choose the opposite: a virtue name. Calling your daughter Hope or your son Penance is a statement of intent — this child will be judged by what they do, not what their grandparents signed.
