It helps if you include:
- For a conversion error: the page URL, the ingredient, and the value you expected — ideally with the source you trust, so we can check ours against it.
- For a missing ingredient: the ingredient name and, if you have one, a published grams-per-cup source for it. We only add ingredients we can source.
- For a new tool idea: what it should do and who it's for. Simple, single-purpose tools that can run entirely in the browser are our favourites.
We read everything, but as a small operation we can't always reply individually. Corrections to data are acted on first.
A note on support questions
Because the tools collect no data and keep no history, we can't look up anything about your visit or your conversions — there's simply nothing stored to look up. If a page isn't working, tell us your browser and device in your email and we'll reproduce it from there.
